We take care of the cleaning after each return. We kindly ask you to return the gear in good condition, as it was delivered to you. Sleeping bags and sheets are professionally cleaned by NITTEDAL VASK OG RENSERI AS for your comfort.

Just select your rental dates, choose the gear you need, and complete your booking.
Pick up at our store — or select delivery as an option during checkout. -
You can camp almost anywhere in Norway! Thanks to the Right to Roam, you’re free to enjoy uncultivated land—just remember to respect nature and leave no trace.

Yes, if you can't pick up your gear during opening hours, just contact us and we'll arrange an alternative pickup time.

If the equipment is broken or lost, a replacement fee will be applied. To keep things fair, we charge 20% of the item's value as the replacement fee. This policy reflects our commitment to maintaining a straightforward and transparent process while ensuring the sustainability of our services.

1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time.- Cancellations are eligible for a 90% refund .
- The 10% fee covers non-refundable transaction costs.
3. Equipment Responsibility
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.- In case of damage or loss , a fee of 20% of the item's retail value will be charged.
- Minor wear and tear from normal use is accepted.
4. Pickup & Return
Equipment must be picked up and returned at the agreed time.5. Cleanliness & Usage
All gear is professionally cleaned and inspected before each rental. Please treat it with care and return it in good condition.6. Liability
Nordic Gear Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or weather-related issues during your rental period. Use the gear responsibly and follow all local safety regulations.7. Contact & Support
