  • " Yes! Our automatic door system allows you to pick up your gear 24/7 using a code, which is sent to you if your equipment cannot be picked up during opening hours. "

  • " Currently, delivery is available only in Oslo City and Oslo Gardermoen Airport. "

  • " If the equipment is broken or lost, a replacement fee will be applied. To keep things fair, we charge 20% of the item's value as the replacement fee. "

  • " We take care of the cleaning after each return. We kindly ask you to return the gear in good condition, as it was delivered to you. Sleeping bags and sheets are professionally cleaned by NITTEDAL VASK OG RENSERI AS for your comfort. "

De bringer settet til deg, de henter det når du er ferdig, og de gir deg gode tips om hvor du skal dra og steder å utforske. Settet var i perfekt stand, de er superfleksible når det gjelder hentetider, og de prøver å imøtekomme deg på alle måter de kan.
